QuickStart Guide 🚀

Get your bank transactions syncing automatically in under 5 minutes.

Step 1: Create your account

Visit lunchflow.app and sign up. After entering your details, verify your email address. If you don't see the verification email, check your Promotions or Spam folder.

Step 2: Connect your bank 🏦

Lunch Flow uses secure, read-only providers to access your data.

  1. Click + New Connection from the Dashboard
  2. Search for your financial institution
  3. Follow the secure authorisation flow to your bank's login portal
  4. Once authorised, your connection will show as Active

Step 3: Choose a destination 📍

Tell Lunch Flow where to send your transactions.

  1. Go to the Destinations tab
  2. Select Add Destination
  3. Pick an app (Google Sheets, Lunch Money, Actual Budget, etc.)
  4. Complete the app-specific setup (API keys, sheet authorisation)
  5. Enable syncing

Step 4: Sit back and relax 🎉

Transactions sync automatically every day. No manual steps required.
